About the role:
The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data infrastructures that enable innovative AI applications. The work is highly diverse due to the variety of sectors involved.
Key responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end data infrastructures in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Set up Data Lakes and data pipelines.
• Support Data Scientists in deploying AI models.
• Collaborate directly with clients, visit sites, and present ideas and outcomes.
• Mentor junior Data Engineers and contribute to coding best practices.
Required technical expertise:
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of best practices such as CI/CD.
• An MSc in a relevant field.
