We take over the entire employer's responsibility.
When you hire people in the Netherlands, you, as a company, are responsible for proper payroll administration. Salaries, payments to authorities, and payroll taxes for the tax office must be handled monthly.
Another option is to outsource employment, including payroll and employer responsibilities fully. In this case, the employee is employed by the payroll service provider (BlueStone) but works under the supervision and direction of the client. The client then receives an invoice for the total costs.
If an employer is not a recognized sponsor, this method can serve as a (temporary) solution for working with a knowledge migrant. In such a case, BlueStone (a recognized sponsor) employs the knowledge migrant, ensuring compliance with IND criteria.
