How to Apply for a DigiD (Step-by-Step Guide)
Step 1: Visit the Official DigiD Website
Go to the official DigiD website: www.digid.nl
Click on the English option for more straightforward navigation.
Select "Apply" to start the registration process.
Step 2: Fill Out Your Details
You will be asked to enter:
Your BSN (Citizen Service Number)
Your Date of Birth
Your Dutch postal code and house number

Choose a username (case-sensitive and without spaces).

Once you complete your application, a verification code will be sent by post to your registered Dutch address within 5 working days.
