About the role:
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Cloud Engineering organisation, you lead technically demanding projects, contribute to core infrastructure and influence the direction of mission-critical systems.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of resilient, scalable systems across domains such as observability, incident analysis, security and compliance.
• Work on CI pipelines, test orchestration, build infrastructure, multi-cloud CD, disaster-recovery systems and data pipelines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and design sessions.
• Take ownership of architectural initiatives that simplify and scale platform capabilities.
• Participate in shared on-call rotations after ramp-up.

Requirements:
• Deep familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, IaC).
• Proven success leading complex technical projects from design to production.
• Strong advocate for security, reliability and performance in every design.
