You receive a job offer from a company, but it is not a recognised sponsor with the IND.

Review
Our team reviews the employment situation to determine whether an Employer of Record structure is possible.

Employment Setup
If the structure is suitable, BlueStone prepares the employment agreement and organises the Dutch payroll and onboarding process.

Immigration
Where applicable, BlueStone supports the immigration process and required documentation for working in the Netherlands.

Start Working
Once the process is completed, you can start working for the company while BlueStone remains your legal employer in the Netherlands.
